ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome to my website.  My name is Sue Maloney and I am the founder of Tigerbelly Yoga.  I first discovered yoga as a way to deal with the stress levels of a demanding corporate role.  I had no idea it would eventually lead me to India where I trained in traditional, disciplined, Hatha yoga.  I believe yoga is for everybody and aim to teach you to listen to your body, maintaining a strong focus on the importance of the breath to leave you with an overall sense of inner wellbeing and calm.
